College students in Minnesota are encouraged to register to vote at the residence they currently consider home. That may be a home address for a parent or guardian or a college residence.
Register before Election Day
Qualified voters can register online.
Pre-registration, whether online or via other means, will not be processed within 20 days of an election.
Register on Election Day
Minnesota voters may register on election day at their polling place.
